Bird muffins
1/2 c brown rice flour or almond flour
1/2 c stone ground corn meal
1 baby food jar of baby sweet potatoes or bananas
3/4 cup of organic seeds: flax, chia, hemp seeds, pumpkin, sunflower, sesame
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
2 organic beaten eggs
Mix dry ingredients first, then add the wet ingredients.
Put in muffin pan
Sprinkle tops with organic Ceylon cinnamon
Bake at 350 for 15-20 min until lightly browned.Type your paragraph here.

Do not use non stick cookware.

Healthy Cookies
1 cup barley flour (can use almond, coconut or chickpea flour)
1 cups seeds: sunflower, hemp harts, chia, sesame, flax, pumpkin
1/2 cup Harrisons fine high potency pellets
1/2 cup finely chopped walnut
1 cup organic rolled oats
2 tsps Ceylon cinnamon powder
2 eggs
1 pouch of carrot and broccoli baby food
2 pouches of Happy Tot Super foods Organic pears, bananas, sweet potatoes, pumpkin)
liguid coconut oil as needed to moisten
Mix dry ingredients
Add wet ingredients
Sprinkle tops with cinnamon
Bake as cookies for 15-20 minutes
Note: pellets have been added to provide extra minerals.
Chop
Cut up the following vegetables in bit size pieces:
Sugar Snap peas
Broccoli
Carrots
Red Peppers
Steamed Sweet Potato
Tear up Spinach and add to the veggies
Add cooked chickpea or lentil pasta
Sprinkle with organic Flax, Chia, and Sesame seeds
The above mixture will last for 3 days in your refrigerator
When serving, add a small amount of fruit such as grapes or small pieces of apple your paragraph here.
